Sightseeing Runs

Today we spent 4 1/2 hours on a train from Edinburgh to London. Once we got to our hotel we were feeling really lethargic, so we went for a run to wake ourselves up. We didn’t go too far, but did see Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and The Royal Albert Hall.

I love sightseeing runs because:

πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈPace doesn’t matter – run any speed you feel like.

πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈIt’s a great way to get to know the local area quickly.

πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈYou can plan a route to take in lots of local landmarks

πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈIt’s a great way to fit training/exercise into busy touristing days.

πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈIt’ll help balance out all that local food you’re enjoying!

Do you enjoy running when on vacation? Where are your favourite spots?
